Ordering Online
For online orders we can accept Visa, MasterCard, Personal Checks and Money Orders. With personal check and money order transactions, we will hold your online order until payment has been received at our office. In order for us to deliver your merchandise in the fastest way possible, we ask that you please be sure to fill out all of the information accurately and completely. In regards to internet transaction security, we are a certified secure site, and have what is known in the industry as SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Our encryption works on a 128-bit system. We have purchased this premium security package to insure that Purple Prairie Botanicals customers are given the highest level of security offered on the market today. Our systems encrypt information within an internet connection through complex mathematics and code and only Purple Prairie Botanicals has the tools necessary to open the encryption.

Most online orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours not including weekends and Holidays. Due to the high volume of orders in November and December, orders may take up to 96 hours to process.

Ordering By Mail
If you prefer to order by mail you may also shop online and select an option at the end titled "Check/Money Order". We will hold this type of online order until your payment has reached our office. You can make a check or money order in U.S. funds only, payable to Purple Prairie Botanicals and mailed to the following address…

Ordering By Telephone
For phone orders, please have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information. Please call (320)558-9010 8AM to 4PM Central Time. After these hours you may leave your order on our voice mail system for next day processing. 

Returns
Our guarantee to you... If  you are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back within 7 days of purchase. Products must be UNUSED and UNOPENED. This contaminates the product. No exceptions. 

Customer procedure for returns:
Product must arrive to our company within 7 days.
Products must be returned with original invoice received with order.
Products arrive undamaged, unopened & unused. NO EXCEPTIONS.
 We charge a 25% restocking fee not including shipping charges.
            When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs and assists in the development of better products. When returning items please let us know if you want a credit card refund or a Purple Prairie Botanicals store credit. All shipping charges incurred for original shipment/returning merchandise to Purple Prairie Botanicals sole responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect address / Non Deliverable / Address Changes
All returned and/or errors made on orders will be handled in a timely manner. If Purple Prairie Botanicals has made a shipping error, we will reship as quickly as we can via the method you originally chose.  If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges. ALL shipping on orders is non-refundable.

Out Of Stock Items
Occasionally we run out of stock of particular items rather unexpectedly and we issue a "Temporarily Out Of Stock" notice on your invoice.
While we may have the item in stock at the time that you placed your order, by the time it gets sent for final processing we have realized an unexpected stock deficiency. This is due in part to a surge in orders for a particular item. The charge for these items will be credited to the credit card issued at the time of you order and a new invoice will be issued. In the case of a check or money order issued at the time of order, we will call you to discuss a replacement product or a credit voucher for future orders.
Please Note: In the event that you receive an "Out Of Stock" notice on your invoice, we simply ask that you reorder at a later date, usually within 1-2 weeks.

Shipping
All domestic orders within the contiguous United States are processed and shipped within 48 hours and you can usually expect delivery within 2-8 business days after placing your order. At times of high order volume (November and December) orders may take up to 96 hours to be processed.

Our preferred carrier at this time is USPS unless requested otherwise. 

 If you place an order via Phone, Email or Online, you automatically accept all these terms in this Policy section.

 

Published Prices
Purple Prairie Botanicals reserves the right to adjust prices and policies at any time. If the website or brochure displays an incorrect price, we reserve the right to adjust to the current price.
