For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. In regards to internet transaction security, we are a certified secure site, and have what is known in the industry as SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Our encryption works on a 128-bit system. We have purchased this premium security package to insure that Purple Prairie Botanicals customers are given the highest level of security offered on the market today. Our systems encrypt information within an internet connection through complex mathematics and code and only Purple Prairie Botanicals has the tools necessary to open the encryption. Most online orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours not including weekends and Holidays. Due to a high volume of orders that can occur at anytime, orders may take up to 96 hours to process.
All domestic orders within the contiguous United States are processed and generally shipped within 48 hours and you can usually expect delivery within 2-5 business days after placing your order. At times of high order volume, orders may take up to 96 hours to be processed. Our Free Shipping offer only includes orders being shipped to USA destinations. If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

We hope you are satisfied with every Purple Prairie purchase you make. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to seek a return, replacement or refund.
Customer procedure for returns:
Product must arrive to our company within 30 days.
Products must be returned with order number received with order.
We generally offer full refunds for unused and/or defective products. We do not offer full refunds for used products.
All shipping charges incurred for original shipment/returning merchandise to Purple Prairie Botanicals is the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes returns on orders that received free shipping. Refunds are issued for the original order amount minus all shipping charges.

Incorrect address / Non Deliverable / Address Changes
All returned and/or errors made on orders will be handled in a timely manner. If Purple Prairie Botanicals has made a shipping error, we will reship as quickly as we can via the method you originally chose. If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges. ALL shipping on orders is non-refundable.
Out Of Stock Items
Occasionally we run out of stock on particular items unexpectedly and we issue an "unavailable" notice on your invoice.
While we may have the item in stock at the time that you placed your order, by the time it gets sent for final processing we have realized an unexpected stock deficiency. This is due in part to a surge in orders for a particular item. In the event that you receive an "unavailable" notice on your invoice, we will ship your item out as soon as it becomes available, usually within 1-2 weeks.
When you place an order with PurplePrairie.com, you automatically accept all these terms in this Policy section.
Purple Prairie Botanicals reserves the right to adjust prices and policies at any time. If printed materials or brochures display an incorrect price, we reserve the right to adjust to the current price.
